1. By signing and submitting this application, Applicant acknowledges and agrees to the following:

   This application is submitted for review by Dock Box Depot, its officers, employees and agents.

    Dock Box Depot may in reviewing this application investigate and evaluate the credit worthiness, general reputation, character, background and business experience of the applicant and the applicant expressly requests and authorizes any individual, partnership, or corporation to provide  Dock Box Depot, its employees and agents [including independent investigative agents] with any and all information which may be requested of them in connection with the review of this application.

   This application does not bind applicant to accept. nor does it obligate Dock Box Depot in any way to offer, a  Dock Box Depot Dealership Agreement. Any options on real estate or investments made or expenses of any kind incurred by applicant in anticipation of or in preparation for this application are done solely at the applicant's risk and its own responsibility, and do not obligate  Dock Box Depot or any of its representatives in any way.

   The execution of a Dealer Agreement between Dock Box Depot and applicant is the only manner by which this application may be accepted. Applicant admits that no representations or statements have been made to applicant by Dock Box Depot, or on Dock Box Depot's behalf that would in any way tend to change or modify any terms of this application or of the Dealer Agreements, or that the applicant is relying on as an inducement to execute this application or the Dealership Agreement.

    Dock Box Depot and its representatives have made no representations, assurance, or guarantees as to the profitability or success of the proposed dealership venture, and that the ultimate profitability or success of the proposed dealership depends on future market conditions and economic factors that are beyond the applicant's and Dock Box Depot's control. As a result, the applicant's investment in the proposed dealership is made solely at the applicants risk.

   Any material misrepresentation or omission, intentional, or unintentional, in the information supplied by the applicant in connection with this application shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of any Dealer Agreement subsequently entered in to by the applicant and Dock Box Depot.

   The undersigned certifies that he/she has read the foregoing application and that the information supplied herein is true and correct to the best of his/her information and belief

1. This Application is submitted for review by Ec Ruff Marine (Dock Box Depot), its officers, employees, and agents.

2. The information provided above is accurate.

3.  Dock Box Depot in reviewing this Application, investigate and evaluate the credit worthiness, general reputation, character, background and experience of Applicant. Applicant expressly requests and authorizes any individual, partnership, corporation or other entity to provide Dock Box Depot and its employees and agents (including independent investigative agents) with any and all information that may be requested of them in connection with the review of this Application.

4. This Application does not bind Applicant to accept, nor does it bind Dock Box Depot in any way to offer, a  Dock Box Depot Distributor Agreement to Applicant. Any investments, expenditures, agreements, and other acts or omissions made by Applicant in anticipation of such a Distributor Agreement or in reliance upon this application are made at Applicant's sole risk and responsibility and do not obligate Dock Box Depot or any of its employees or agents in any way.

5. The execution of a written Distributor Agreement between Dock Box Depot and Applicant is the only manner by which Applicant may be appointed a distributor of  Dock Box Depot products. Applicant acknowledges that no representations or statements have been made to Applicant by Dock Box Depot, or on Dock Box Depot's behalf, that would in any way tend to change or modify any terms of this Application or of any Distributor Agreement that may be executed. Applicant is not relying upon any such representations or statements in submitting this Applicant.

6. Dock Box Depot has made no representations, assurances, or guarantees to Applicant as to the profitability or success of any distributorship. The profitability or success of any distributorship depends on market conditions and economic factors that are beyond Applicant's and  Dock Box Depot's control Applicant's investment in any distributorship is made solely at Applicant's risk.

7. Any material misrepresentation or omission, intentional or unintentional, in the information supplied by Applicant to Dock Box Depot shall constitute grounds for Dock Box Depot to immediately terminate any Distributor Agreement that may be entered into by Dock Box Depot with Applicant.

8. Applicant shall not make any statement to any governmental organization, to any media, or any other public statement about this Application or otherwise relating to Dock Box Depot or Dock Box Depot's products unless Dock Box Depot gives prior written consent.

9. This Application is submitted to Dock Box Depot at 1411 N.W. 84 Terr, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33024, USA, and is governed by the laws of the State of Florida USA.
